BAGYONG KIKO Update: Tropical Depression ‘Kiko’ Moving Faster to N. Luzon

The Low Pressure Area PAGASA has been monitoring in the Pacific is now a tropical depression. Bagyong Kiko currently east of Aurora province is expected to move northwest towards the tip of Luzon and bring rains to most parts eastern and northern Luzon.

Update: According to the latest weather bulletin from PAGASA at 11:00 today, September 5, Bagyong Kiko was located 350490 kilometers east of Tuguegarao as it accelerated towards extreme norther Luzon. Moving at 17 kph west northwest, Tropical Depression Kiko maintained it strength overnight and has maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gusts of up to 65 kph.

Bagyong Kiko is expected to be out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Thursday morning. #KikoPH is also forecast to change course and move northeast after exiting PAR.
