How ‘Catwalk King’ Sinon Loresca Donated Kidney to Save Sister’s life

Did you know that Sinon ‘Rogelia’ Loresca only has 1 kidney? Loresca donated one of his kidneys to his sister to save her life. This and other details of his life will be revealed in his life story as told in GMA’s ‘Magpakailanman’ soon.

The serious side of Sinon Loresca will be revealed when his true life story airs this Saturday on ‘Magpakailanman’, a side that the public is not aware of. Behind the fun and naughty Sinon and Rogelia we have come to know, ‘Magpakailanman’ will shed light on his personal struggles and triumphs.

On Instagram, Loresca revealed how he donated one of his kidneys to his sister, who will be played by Chyna Ortaleza in the ‘Magpakilanman’ episode.

“When I found out that my sister was in an extremely bad condition in London I didn’t have any second thought of helping and saving her life although I know that giving her one of my kidney could risk my life,” he wrote in the caption of a photo with Chyna taken behind the scenes of ‘Magpakailanman’.

“For me the most important thing is to save her life,” Loresca said of the noble gesture not many of us would be willing to do.

He also described his childhood struggles with his family. But instead of putting blame on anyone, Loresca even acknowledged that such difficulties helped mold him into what he is today. To Sinon, family is everything despite all the issues one may may experience.

“I had bad experiences during my childhood with my family however, I never use that against them. In fact I used my upbringing to be more confident, strong and ready to face the challenge of life.,” said TV’s Rogelia, who is now also well-known for his catwalk skills.

“No matter how hard, difficult and devastating experience you had with your family by the end of the day they are your FAMILY and you should always love, help and support them,” he continued.

“NEVER hold a grudge in your heart! Life is beautiful. We should share the love, peace and harmony! My family and life experiences brought me to where I am now today. I don’t consider myself successful. I considered myself FULFILLED with the love and happiness that I share to the world every time I wake up in the morning.. ”
