Ralph Trangia and his mother, Rosemarie, left for the US on September 19, one day before a lookout bulletin was issued for suspects in the hazing death of Horacio Castillo III. Trangia is a primary suspect in the crime after his father’s red pickup was seen carry the body of Castillo to the hospital the day he died. He was also positively identified by one of the guards on duty at the time at Chinese General Hospital.

Since then, authorities have recommended the filing of charges against Trangia and other Aegis Juris Fraternity members for the murder of Atio Castillo. Trangia father is also included in the list while his mother will be cited for obstruction of justice.
