Flight is a sign of guilt, and that’s certainly what Ralph Trangia, an Aegis Juris fraternity member, demonstrated with is escape. Trangia flew out of the country a day before a look out bulletin was issued by the Department of Justice. Aside from Trangia, 15 other Aegis Juris fraternity members are on the look out bulletin of the Bureau of Immigration.

GMA News obtained CCTV video from NAIA showing Ralph Trangia and his mom at the immigration counter just before their flight. According to Bureau of Immigration spokesperson, Attorney Tonette Mangrobang, Trangia was at the counter at 1:53 AM just before boarding his Eva Air flight to Taiwan.

It can be seen from the video that Trangia looked uneasy, constantly looking behind him and at his watch. This is a sign that he was anxious and in a hurry, probably fearing that he would be caught at any time.

The Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the Trangia’s are now in Chicago. The DOJ is now planning to ask the DFA to cancel Ralph Trangia’s passport.
