The silver Toyota Innova was found abandoned along MacArthur Highway in Tarlac City Wednesday morning. It’s license plates, as well as its conduction stickers, were missing and its windshield is broken, according to News5. Personnel from the PNP-SOCO thoroughly processed the AUV before it was taken back to Manila.

Murder and carnapping suspect Narc Delemios surrendered to authorities a day after his live-in girlfriend, Giselle Capati, confessed to the police that Delemios used her cellphone to book the Grab car ride that eventually led to Gerardo Maquidato’s death. Police had earlier traced the Grab car booking to Capati’s phone.

Police also found out that Narc Delemios, alias Miko and Nikolo, has a standing warrant for a murder committed in Baclaran, Paranaque in 2014.

According to Capati, the booking was supposed to be from Pasay to a mall in Taguig City. However, it ended up in Nonanza Street in Pasay where Maquidato was killed and his body dumped by the roadside. A witness told police that he heard a gunshot from inside the silver Innova after which a body was pushed out from the driver’s side.

The Innova was captured on CCTV entering and leaving Bonanza Street.
