Vhong Navarro Arrest Warrant Expected as DOJ Signs New Deniece Rape Case

The next few days will be a test for Vhong Navarro. The’s because the latest rape Deniece Cornejo filed against him has been signed and approved by the Department of Justice (DOJ). That means, the case will now be sent to the court we may see a Vhong Navarro arrest warrant issued soon. Rape is a non-bailable offense.

All these information come from journalist Tony Calvento whose sources inside the DOJ have reportedly told him that the rape case was signed and approved last Friday. By Monday, Deniece Cornejo’s third rape case against Vhong Navarro will be sent to the Pasig City RTC where it will be raffled off to a judge who will handle the case.

MY RELIABLE MAN JUST INFORMED ME THAT THE RESOLUTION HAS BEEN SIGNED LATE THIS AFTERNOON FINDING PROBABLE CAUSE FOR THE CRIME OF RAPE (THIRD CASE) AND ELEVATE IT IN COURT AGAINST VHONG.

ON MONDAY THE INFORMATION WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE PASIG OVER-ALL CLERK OF COURT, WHO HAS JURISDICTION OVER TAGUIG, RAFFLED TO A JUDGE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A WARRANT OF ARREST.

Rape is a non-bailable offense and, if a judge issues a Vhong Navarro arrest warrant, he will remain in jail for the duration of the case.

Tony Calvento has been warning of this possibility for the longest time. The veteran journalist, a supporter of Vhong, hinted in the past that Deniece seems to have gained the sympathy of the powers that be at the DOJ.

Meanwhile, Vhong’s legal counsel, Atty. Alma Mallomga has time and again reiterated her client’s innocence, and Deniece’s lies. Mallonga does not believe the DOJ will reverse their previous decision on Navarro’s case.

In a statement/letter to Tony Calvento, Vhong has also reiterated his innocence.
