Ex-Erich Gonzales Admirer XIAN GAZA Wanted for Investment Scam

Xian Gaza is in the news again, and not in a good way. An arrest warrant is out for Christian Albert Gaza, aka Xian Gaza, after two of his business partners/investors accused him of scamming them. Allegedly, Gaza scammed them of millions.

It will be recalled that Xian Gaza went viral nine months ago after asking Erich Gonzales for a coffee date via a large billboard in Manila. That date did not materialize after Erich back out. Photos of Xian with actress Ella Cruz surfaced thereafter sparking rumors that they were in a relationship. Cruz denied this.

Soon after, Xian Gaza was accused of being a scammer and and stalker. But, eventually, after his ’15 minutes of fame’ was over, Gaza faded into anonymity once again. (Posted below are the past stories about Xian Gaza)

Now, two people have accused him of scamming them of millions. One of them is Melinda de la Cruz, who said Gaza borrowed P2 million from her for his coffee shop business. Dela Cruz said she knows Gaza and his family so she lent him the money, and never did it cross her mind that Xian would ‘scam’ her.

However, after paying several months of interest on her P2 million, Xian Gaza disappeared. She tried to talk to his parents about the problem and the latter transferred a property in Cavite to her name in payment. But, according to Cruz, the value of the property was not enough to cover Gaza’s debt.

The other complainant is Jaime Asuncion, the original investor in the coffee shop business who backed out after clashing with Xian in managing the business. According to Asuncion, Xian failed to pay him back the money he was owed.

A warrant of arrest for Xian Gaza has been issued by Branch 56 and Branch 120 of the Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court.
