Good news to all Cebu Pacific travelers! Cebu Pacific flights, both local and international, are now back to normal four days after a chaotic scene at NAIA began because of its runway closure.

In a statement posted on its social media pages, Cebu Pacific announced that operations have normalized as of today, August 21.

“Operations of Cebu Pacific have normalized as of today, August 21, 2018. Barring any other technical, weather-related or other extraordinary circumstances, we do not plan to cancel flights,” the airline said.

“Nonetheless, passengers on all domestic and international flights flying out of the NAIA Terminal 3 from August 17 until today (August 21, 2018) may still opt to rebook their flights for travel within 30 days.”

The airline advised passengers who were affected by the cancellations that they have three options: to rebook flights for travel within 30 days from original date of departure, convert it to a travel fund, or opt for a full refund. All options will carry no penalties.

Cebu Pacific also took the opportunity to apologize to affected passengers for their inconvenience, and thank airport authorities for their assistance during the crisis.

The airline also praised its staff for a job well done amid the difficulties they encountered the past four days.
