Will petition letter vs Mocha Uson lead to ouster from PCOO? (RTVM)

Several PCOO officials want Mocha Uson out of the agency. In fact, a petition letter has been submitted to President Duterte asking him to fire Mocha Uson or remove her from the PCOO.

A source has informed Rappler about the move to oust Mocha Uson. According to Rappler, the letter was signed by nine officials from the PCOO and submitted to the office of the Executive Secretary on Friday, August 17.

Mocha was under fire (again) after she posted the controversial ‘pepederalismo’ video last month. It came amid talk that she would be tapped by the administration in its information campaign on federalism.

Despite public outrage, Mocha was defiant and said there was nothing wrong about the video. She also reiterated that it cost the government nothing, and she made it weeks prior she was being considered to campaign for federalism.

But Mocha Uson, as usual did not get the point. What she did not only made fun of federalism, it trivialized a very important issue for the Duterte administration.

If Mocha wants to continue her style of blogging, she should not be in government, because her style is contrary to the ethical standards of government service.

Uson has become a liability to the president she holds dear.
