The Eddys Awards for Movies 2018 WINNERS: Aga Muhlach, ‘Respeto’, ‘Birdshot’

And the winners are… The Eddys Awards for Movies 2018 were announced earlier tonight at The Theater at Solaire. Celebrating its second year, The Eddys is an award-giving organization composed of entertainment editors.

Aga Muhlach is one of the big winners tonight at #TheEddys2018. Aga was named Best Actor for his performance in ‘Seven Sundays’, beating co-star Ronaldo Valdez. Other nominees in the category are Joshua Garcia, Edgar Allan Guzman and Abra, who won the Gawad Urian a few weeks back.

But it was a night for ‘Birdhsot’ and ‘Respeto’. The two critically-acclaimed films received the most number of Eddys this year, including Best Film for ‘Respeto’ and Best Director (Mikhail Red) for ‘Birdshot’.
