VIDEO Dennis Rodman Cries Amid Trump – Kim Summit in Singapore: “I’m so happy!”

It seems Dennis Rodman never fails to jolt the bizarre meter. And he did it again on Tuesday after his friends, Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un, met at the historic summit in Singapore. Rodman openly wept on CNN during an interview on the Trump – Kim summit.

The former NBA star made a bizarre appearance on CNN live from Singapore, where he flew to witness the historic meeting of his friends. Dennis Rodman claimed Kim Jong-un is an honest man, a ‘big kid,  who would respond well to openness from Donald Trump.

Wearing sunglasses and a “Make America Great Again” hat, Rodman sat down with Chris Cuomo, Rodman said that if Trump would open his heart, war would be averted.

‘If Trump goes in there with a great heart, with his heart on the table… it ain’t got to be about war or what happened in the past,” he said. “Kim is all about the 21st century, he wants to progress his country. DT is going to do a great job and make sure our hands are open.”

“We have really put ourselves on the line to reach out to North Korea and they have been so gracious to me, my family and the United States.”

“So let’s make this happen. If Trump can pull this off, more power to him.”

Dennis Rodman formed an unlikely friendship with the North Korean dictator years ago when he traveled to the secretive country. Since then, the two have been friends. Meanwhile, Rodman’s ‘bond’ with Trump began when he appeared on the latter’s show ‘The Apprentice’.

In the same interview, Rodman claims the White House ‘reached out’ to him about Kim Jong-un. He said Trump’s secretary called him so he believes he has something to do with this historic summit.

“She called me and said, ‘Dennis, Donald Trump is so proud of you. He thanks you a lot.’ And that means a lot,” said Rodman, quoting Trump’s secretary.

On the contrary, Dennis Rodman claims, Obama brushed him off when he returned from North Korea with a message from Kim Jong-un.
