#WalangPasok July 18: Classes Suspensions Wednesday Due to Monsoon Rains

Classes are still suspended in many areas on Wednesday due to heavy rains. LGUs have declared #walangpasok on July 18 as the threat of flooding continues.

#WalangPasok classes suspended

No classes (#walangpasok) again on Wednesday, July 18.

Heavy rain pounded Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon the whole day Tuesday. Extensive flooding have been reported in many areas, especially those in parts of Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan and Metro Manila.

With the rain showing no signs of abetting due to habagat, the same thing may happen tomorrow, Wednesday, July 18. For this reason, several LGUs have already announced class cancellations in their areas.

Tropical Storm #HenryPH is already out of PAR. At 3:00 PM, PAGASA said #HenryPH was 700 km west of Basco, Batanes. However, a low pressure area (LPA) east of Tuguegarao continues to enhance habagat.
