#WalangPasok June 7 Due to Effects of #DomengPH as Heavy Rain Batters NCR?

Will classes be suspended today, June 7? Students and parents await #WalangPasok announcements amid heavy rain brought by Bagyong Domeng. But, as of this writing, no class suspension announcements have been made.

Bagyong Domeng (#DomengPH) was located east of the Bicol region as of wednesday afternoon. It is not expected to make landfall anywhere in the country as it moves north northeast before moving out of PAR by Sunday.

However, as a tropical depression, #DomengPH will enhance habagat rains – like what many of us are experiencing now. Most likely, such heavy rainfall will cause flooding and landslides in areas prone to such.

If the rains continue until morning, classes are likely to be suspended albeit for elementary and high school only. Let’s await the official announcements and keep your fingers crossed.
